"Bronze Fireplace Trim"
Important Louis XV style chased and gilt bronze mantelpiece set comprising a clock decorated with two putti, garlands of flowers and oak branches with a pretty dial with enamelled numerals, and two four-light candelabra, all topped with birds, in good general condition, but candle drips and regilded in places, mid-19th century, attributed to Léon Messagé. Clock height 61 cm, length 49 cm, candelabra height 67 cm.
