Pretty 18th Century Pocket Lantern, Red Lacquered Wood, With Its Paper

Here is charming pocket lantern, with its original pleated-embossed paper in good condition,
in its box with a turned wooden lid, on centre: small round door with a cut and studded brass hinge. On bottom, a candle was placed, or sometimes a small tin oil lamp with wick, which we do not have.
Dimensions: 9cm in diameter, 2cm high. Unfolded height: 10cm
Condition: quite good, given its great fragility, BUT: worn gilding, a little dirty on bottom, rust stains on paper, wear on paint, a slightly cracked regluing of lid.
