Very fine carving, beautiful brown patina nuanced in the antique style.
Circular base with a frieze of heart-shaped rays.

These sculptures were produced as part of the "Grand Tour" collections, made in the 19th century by mainly Italian and French sculptors, for tourists visiting Europe.
