Laurent. Oil on canvas "beautiful elegant" dedicated and signed lower right to my friends Vacher. Laurent. French school. 65 X 54 cm. In the 1920s, Ernest Joseph Laurent (1859-1929) affixed the same signature to his paintings. However, the hairstyle, the dress and the flowers stapled to it are more reminiscent of the 1940s. Related work: "ma Bru" oil on canvas 81 X 60 cm signed lower left (with the monogram) sold at Thierry de Maigret under No. 42 on May 15, 2020. You be the judge.
