Baccarat – Crystal Service For 12 People Consisting Of 60 Pieces, 19th Century

Fine crystal glassware service by BACCARAT, in the so-called Gondole shape, featuring an elaborate cut decoration and a medallion adorned with a finely engraved monogram, enhanced with gold. The monogram consists of interlaced, foliage-adorned English letters, with a central letter "K" in serrated Neo-Gothic script.

It is composed of

• 12 water glasses;
• 12 red wine glasses;
• 12 white wine glasses with pink overlay base;
• 12 cooked wine glasses;
• 12 champagne glasses

Referenced in the 1903 BACCARAT catalogue under Forme gondole jambe taillée pied étroit à flammes, taille n° 8354. The engraved monogram corresponds to reference n° 6.

This service is in an exceptional state of preservation. Despite its age, it shows no scratches or chips and can truly be described as "like new."
