Large Chinese potiche, jar in blue-white glazed ceramic, height 69 cm, late 19th, early 20th century.
Circular decoration of combat scenes between a rider raising his saber and carrying a banner, and two infantrymen, in a garden... General "Meiping" shape, curved shoulder and high, bulging belly; lower border decorated with stylized "lotus" panels.
The neck is damaged, but the rest of the object is in very good condition.
Several punctiform motifs adorn the neck, as well as the mouths of Fô dogs or lions...
