DAUM Frères - Nancy glass cup model "Alérion" 1906 Commemorative cup of the 13th national and international shooting competition in Nancy in 1906, In double glass with finely engraved decoration and polychrome enamel with numerous golden highlights. Decorated around the base with a shield bearing the coat of arms of the city of Nancy accompanied by the motto "Qui s'y frotte s'y pique". On one side of the basin, a crowing rooster perched on an oak branch in front of a rising sun is highlighted with the legend "Vigilat", on the other a heraldic alerion is surmounted by a Cross of Lorraine. Signed "Daum Nancy", in gold under the base. H: 11.5 cm, DL: 10.5 cm A similar model is kept at the Museum of Fine Arts in Nancy.
