"Set Of Three Antique Plates In Nove Earthenware With Juvalt Parravicini Alliance Decor"
These three Italian earthenware plates were commissioned on the occasion of the marriage between Marquis Volfango de Juvalt and Marchioness Costanza Parravicini, as can be read in the phylacteries at the center of the plates surrounding the noble coats of arms of the two families. Entirely hand-painted, with rich floral decorations differing across the three plates. On the back, the manufacturing mark: Nove di Bassano.
Some small chips and a "hairline crack" on one of the three plates, but overall in good condition.
