*Arseni Vlasov was born in Noginsk, Moscow province.
He studied at the School of Remembrance in the workshop of Professor G. Fedorov.
Among his teachers were also V. Baksheev and N. Krymov.
In 1939, he entered the Surikov Art Institute in Moscow.
He studied in the studio of Professor Kramarenko.
In 1945, he joined the Union of Artists of the USSR.
He worked realistically in various genres.
The artist traveled throughout the country.
These visits provided him with the material for major works, including "Lake Baikal," "The Tchaikovsky House-Museum," and "The Artek Pioneer Camp." The last cycle, "The Four Seasons" (1980-1990), Arseny Evtihievich collaborated with the public within the Union of Artists: he was a member of the Arts Council, chairman of the audit committee, and one of the organizers of the Noginsk offices (CX). Since 1945, he has been an active member of union, republican, and regional exhibitions.
Ten solo exhibitions were held during his lifetime.
