The openwork lower crosspiece, carved with asymmetrical rocaille motifs, extends elegantly on the sides, highlighting the refined work of the decoration. The rounded uprights are finely molded with a groove and descend into cambered feet ending in a scroll, characteristic of Provençal furniture of this period.
The corbin-shaped top, mounted with keys, is original. The drawer bottoms and interiors are made of pine, as is the back panel. Louis XV period furniture, authentic Nîmes work, combining a robust structure, high quality carving and a refinement specific to 18th century Provençal productions.
