Antique marquise ring adorned with round rose-cut purple-pink garnets and a center of an intense red garnet cut in navette, all on a paillon.
On either side of the head, the start of the ring is openworked with a fleur-de-lis motif.

Main material: rose gold, 750 thousandths, 18 carats, horse head hallmark.
