Fine oil painting on wood made in 1898. It depicts a fishing boat maneuvering in a harbor at nightfall. The moon, partly hidden by clouds, casts very interesting reflections in the water, the lighthouse is lit, there is a seagull in the foreground on the right. Beautiful soft tones highlighted by a quality frame. Work signed and dated lower right, JB Follin 1898. Please note: this work is in very good general condition. Small lack at the edge of the gilded part of the frame at the bottom left. The cleaning of this painting could be improved. Please look carefully at the photos.
