Work from the Empire period in the style of the productions of Martin Guillaume Biennais, end of the Empire in the 1810s. Beautiful model; the use of solid mahogany the corner reinforcements in cladding are intended to make the box more robust to the falls that could create the rolling on a boat at sea.
