Magnificent pair of period double salt cellars, in solid silver (visible Minerva hallmark, guaranteeing a silver content of 950/1000), with cut crystal containers with wavy decoration. Each support rests on four feet richly decorated with volutes and gadroons. An elegantly crafted central handle allows easy transport. The crystal containers are fixed (not removable), and have some chips visible in the photos - evidence of their age.
