"Large 17th-18th Century Wrought Iron Coffee Grinder In The Shape Of An Hourglass 17th-18th Century "
Coffee grinder, model called hourglass, in wrought iron, with its crank with turned wooden handle probably original, and its complete fixing claw, topped with a heart-shaped piece on which is engraved the name of the manufacturer (to be deciphered). Note the addition of a piece of metal (old restoration) at the place where the two parts pivot to access the mechanism. The mill opens using a push button, however the crank is seized and does not withdraw, which prevents the opening of the cover. Period 17th - 18th century. Dimensions: height including crank 34 cm - base 13 cm.
