Opaline Bottle Opal Crystal Bronze Mount Neo-gothic Style Charles X Period Circa 1830

Long bottle in water green opaline with painted decoration and golden highlights and its bronze mount with double patina in neo-Gothic style on a chiseled gilded base. The bottle with a long ringed neck is decorated with flowers, stars, dots and ogival architectural elements in gold recalling the decoration of the mount and also several wide bands in gold. Decoration typical of the work of the workshop of Jean-Baptiste Desvignes. Very beautiful translucent material and rare water green color of the crystal. The bronze mount which encloses the bottle, decorated with arcatures, has a brown patina, it rests on a square gilded base, matte in the hollows, shiny on the reliefs, finely chiseled. The stopper is also in gilded bronze. 19th century period around 1830. Dimensions: Height: 31.5 cm Base: 7 cm x 7 cm Weight: 1.100 kg Good condition.
