Superb Chocolate Cup and its saucer in solid silver hallmarked Minerva 1st Title between 1883 and 1888 by VANESTE & DELETTREZ. Beautiful density, high quality work as always with these 19th century goldsmiths. With guilloché decoration, topped with a cartouche numbered "R. M." in the shape of a fold surrounded by flowers for the cup, on the edges runs a frieze of ivy. The handle with a bifid attachment decorated with foliage. Micro-scratches from use, no knocks or dents, excellent conditions. Height of the cup: 6.5 cm. Diameter of the saucer: 14.5 cm. Weight: 211 Gr.
