Oak wood sculpture representing a mascaron in the Regency style.
Very fine sculpture representing a woman's face wearing a crown of flowers on her head.
It is framed by a shell-shaped cartouche. Her hair tied in a braid forming a knot at the bottom of the face.
On the sides, garlands of flowers start.
This piece of carved wood must have come from a woodwork or a piece of furniture.
Ideal at the top of a door or just as decoration on a wall.
Late 18th century period in the Regency style.
