"18th Century - Tuscany - Pair Of Blue Blown Glass Vases With Nobiliar Coats Of Arms"
Pair of blue blown glass vases, 18th century, from a noble Sienese family.
The two vases are painted with circular linear motifs at the base and on the upper rim and feature a painted noble coat of arms, with the colours still intense and well preserved.
The glass is very light and of exceptional quality: you can see, through bubbles and marks on the neck, how the blowing has shaped and modelled the shape of the two vases.
Perfect condition, with very slight but obvious shortcomings in the painted decorations.
