Extraordinary pair of carved and gilded wooden columns, of a discrete size (82 cm H), dating back to the mid-16th century.One of the two columns has, under the capital, two angel faces.In the body of the column various decorations with vegetal motifs including a bunch of grapes, symbol of the Blood of Christ.At the base, two faces of grotesque figures or demons.The other column has the same characteristics, with the exception of the capital, which does not have the two angel faces and the base, from which instead two winged angel faces emerge.Dim. 82 cm H
