Great post-Cubist painting titled below "The two friends" with, top right, sending an illegible and unreadable signature, dated 1949. The face of the young woman sitting resumed oval Picasso faces. Around his face, vase and mirror were treated in the spirit of André Lhote. At his feet, the entablature strangely similar to the compositions of Georges Braque.
