Beautiful covered including a fourchetten, a spoon and a massive porcelain and silver knife. The handles are painted porcelain by hand, probably Limoges or Sevre gallantes representing scenes inspired by the paintings of Watteau painter. Each handle is decorated with two scenes, one on each side. 6 scenes are different. The assembly must be present, so this is an individual covered. The object is particularly careful in its manufacture the tine and cuilleron are solid first title silver (950/1000) the knife blade when it is a solid second title silver (800/1000) but not by economy to provide its flexibility it could not have had in the first title. The goldsmith to éloborer and therefore used the 2 silver alloys to manufacture this cover, this complexity showed great mastery.
