In a central medallion: biblical scene of Joshua and Caleb relating giant bunch of grapes of the promised land. wrought basin, assembled wolf teeth, taken to turn the glued edge of a stiffener iron apparent below. Channel wrought iron, round, decorated with large rings turned brass; at the end: bail bonding, cut. Diameter of the cover: 33 cm. Total length: 120 cm. Originally one of the workshops of Dinan on the Meuse. Late sixteenth and early seventeenth century. Very nice condition. Usurse and drilled in the reliefs of the cover. Old repairs to the tank.
