Description of antiquity: "Empire clock" astronomy "" Vintage Clock 1st empire mercury gilding. This clock is Urani who is the muse of astronomy and astrology. We find many astrological attributes: compass, telescope, world map .... etc ...... Precision detail, thanks to a beautiful work of chasing. Gilding is in very good original condition matte and glossy (see photos) to the file movement registered in a library and in perfect working condition verified by a specialist in ancient watch the back of the movement is protected by a bezel with a curved glass. The clock is based on a low carved relief of Putto. Height = 47cm Width = 33cm Depth = 13cm
