Superb terra cotta bust representative Oscar De Winter by Henri-Louis RICHON (1863-1939) sculptor of Seine et Marne specialized in bust sculptures. quality of implementation, this bust man is represented in costume with the Legion of Honour, facial expression shows a pesonnage happy, with details in the beard and hair very realistic. Superb technique for this sculpture presented on a beautiful marble base. Located signed and dated (1922) on the right side of the sculpture. Perfect condition of concervation.
