Persian Carpet Yalameh around 1990 Entirely hand-knotted, Vegetable dyes, Pure wool, Size: 3,80mX2,50m These rugs are hand knotted by the nomadic tribe Yalameh who lives in the province of Fars in southern Iran. They are renowned for the richness of their original designs and their bright and deep colors. The decor consists of sometimes beautiful diamond shaped medallions placed in a straight line. These carpets are of excellent quality.
