PLATE PORCELAIN CHINA COMPANY OF INDIA - TIME QIANLONG 18th plate of the East India Company, the Qianlong period, 1711-1799. His style, made for the European market fits our style of Louis XV, which allows us to date more precisely the 18th room environment. The plate has a scalloped edge, a cap shaped basin resting on a small heel. The painted polychrome decoration is made of twigs and bouquets: The basin is decorated with a large bouquet of mixed flowers, accompanied by 3 small bunches. The rim of the plate has 8 flowering twigs, regularly distributed, alternating twigs flower buttons and twigs blooming flowers. A gold net red-bordered, in snapdragon frieze marks the separation between the pelvis and the wing. The edge of the plate is decorated with a stylish purple croisillonnage, wearing braces scrolls, gold tone and darker purple. The piece is in very good condition, without égrenures or falts. The conservation of the decor is perfect, except for a partial erasure of the gilt edge. Diameter: 23.3 cm 23065117
