"Impressionist Painting : Hill Riding"
When I acquired this incredible Impressionist study some ten years ago, the salesman assured me that it was a work by Joseph Bail, a hypothesis that I swept as soon as the painter of the interiors Kitchen and other laundries seemed to me to be far from the freedom of touch of this canvas. However, when I think about it, the idea does not seem to me to be so ridiculous any more, but in the absence of a signature and a point of comparison with a final picture, these two women and this girl Painted around 1900 after the fashion, in perfect condition, canvas 41 X 33 cm presented in an old frame RG to marie-louise canvas 56 X 46 cm.
