"Copper Cauldron, Hammer Forged In. Early XVIII S."

Forged hammer in one piece, without brazing. The cylindrical belly landed on a short pedestal base rolled on a stiffener. Cylindrical neck. Domed lid and hilly, with rolled thumb. Flat handle console. Early eighteenth century. Very good condition. Small and discreet at the foot restoration.
