"Pendulum XIXth In Golden Bronze "diane Chasseresse""
Superb and large 19th century gilded bronze clock representing Diana the Huntress. Ele rests on four turned feet surmounted by a terrace finely chiselled motifs of quiver, crown of laurels and cherub. On top Dianne draped and groomed sits on the move near a quiver. On the side is a large oil lamp on stand. The ensemble is of great finesse of carving, the movement is signed by Clement CADET at VIIANE. Perfect condition of the set, misses the bow of Diane, revised movement.
