A bronze ritual vase in Shang or Zhou style. Originally from China and dating from the XIXth century. During the Shang dynasties (1570 - 1045 BC) and Zhou (1046 - 256 BC), this type of bronze vase was used during funerary rites. Decor of mythological animals carved outdoors.
