"Mirror Provençal Louis XVI Period, 18th Century"
Mirror of marriage of Louis XVI period in carved and gilded wood. The finely perforated pediment is decorated with two inflamed hearts, a knot Louis XVI ending with two pompons, acanthus leaves and stylized flowers. The frame of the mirror is highlighted with a pearl frieze and a row of rais-de-coeur. The lower angles, in unhooked, are embellished with acanthus leaves, stylized flowers, and pine cones. Mirror in very good state with its gilding of origin which allows to glimpse in certain places the patina of the plate to be gilded.
