Pair of high back chairs from the Louis XIV period (17th century) in walnut with matching carved and sculpted spacers.
Very nice camber of the feet. Upholstered in a velvet of Genoa with lions and deer in good condition.
Provence, 17th century. These chairs were often used in saloons in a corner of fire.
They come from a collection of furniture XVII th and XVIII th century in the Var (South of France).
Height: 108 cm, depth: 60 cm, width: 53 cm.
