Jules VERNE, Hector Servadac, gilded globe of type 3, 2nd Engel flat with H-type palm leaves, Hetzel edition, 1896.

Uncommon title in this polychrome cardboard with gilded globe (also called cardboard in the World map) very appreciated collectors. Our copy dates from 1896. Catalog of novelties at the end of the book Frottements and foxing but nevertheless beautiful condition; rubbing of the percaline reaching in places the decor and benign soils, a compression of the caps and foxing in the body of the work, a very slight shock on the edge of the lower plate. Gilding well present (small gaps on the first dish). Pretty aligned aligner. Some normative wear. Work perfectly solid and homogeneous, black prints, catalog of novelties at the end of book. Complete, completely original, unrestored.
