Bronze plaque by Paul Silvestre sculptor and statuary (Toulouse 1884 - Ivry sur Seine 1976) Student at the Beaux-Arts in Toulouse then in Paris in the studio of Mercié and Carlès. He exhibited at the French Artists then at the Decorative Artists, he was Grand Prix de Rome in 1912, Grand Prix aux Arts Décoratifs in 1925, gold medal in 1930. Susse Frères Fondeurs.
