"A French Louis XV 18th C Commode Tombeau Rosewood Veneered"
This elegant commode tombeau shaped curved tomb front and sides in rosewood veneer arranged in sheets in a triple frame. It opens with four drawers in three rows separated by dark fluted bars of brass. Rich ornamentation of chiseled and gilded bronzes: falls of angles with foliage and flowery wraps, drooping handles with the leaves of oak, apron, entries of locks with decoration of foliage shell, hooves. Top marble Aleppo breccia double molding. H. 88 CM - L. 132 CM - P. 68 CM Beautiful state of conservation, bronzes and locks of origin. Paris, Louis XV period, 18th century
