Mythological battle scene, oil on panel of the German painter Feuerbach, born in 1829. Painter of history, mythological scenes, portraits. He worked successively in Düsseldorf, Munich then Amiens and finally in Paris, with Couture. Some of his paintings are very close to Couture, others adopt the technique of the Belgian masters.
