Pierre Robert Lucas (1913-1978) Rome Grand Prix in 1937 Interesting monotype depicting a naked woman in an indoor chair and guitar. inscription on the lower left "Monotype" and the presence of a stamp. Good quality of execution. Inscription on the lower right "A Bouquillon excellent souvenir Rome 1938, PR Lucas" The sending on the lower right is intended for Albert Bouquillon who was himself the Grand Prix of Rome sculpture in 1934. The two men had to know each other at boarding school of the Académie de France in Rome, Italy. Dimensions: with frame: 65.5 x 66 cm at sight: 54 x 54 cm bowl: 48.2 x 48.2 cm
