"Two Views Of Rome"
It is two views of ancient Rome were realized in 1833, only one year before the death of the Tuscan master. It is first of all the Tarpéian rock, from which some condemned were thrown into antiquity. Our second work represents the Navicella. They allow us to imagine how the remains of ancient Rome have gradually regained the interest of the visitors of the eternal city, and in what state they could admire the remains of this culture honored.
