Superb oil on paper mounted on canvas, framed, representing a bouquet of flowers with vibrant colorsSigned lower right: G JEANNIN.

  This is Georges Jeannin, born in 1841 in Paris and died in 1925.

  Painter of still lifes, flowers and fruits, he regularly participated in the Salon of Paris from 1878.

  Associate of French Artists since 1878, he obtained a third class medal in 1878 and a second class in 1888. Bronze medal at the 1889 World Fair in Paris. He was president of the Society of Flower Painters. Knight of the Legion of Honor in 1903.
