Art Nouveau irreversible faience bowl with bamboo by Aire-Belle in Vallauris. In 1897, Alfred Rosselin bought the tilery of Airebelle in Puget-sur-Argens (Var) to make ceramics with metallic chandeliers. Marcel Chevalier, after having worked at Clément Massier, settles there and realizes most of his production. If the shapes are strongly influenced, or identical to those of Massier, his technique and the sets are different. Dimension height 21 cm for a length of 40 cm and a depth of 18 cm. Monogram AR.
