Subject: Representative a head no doubt feminine. The superciliary arches are very arched and the eyes almond. The mouth is raised up. The look is intense, which gives an expression of inner strength. Material: Light beige terracotta. Origin: Thailand, Ayutthaya style, 15th - 16th century. Condition: Generally correct, however some gaps (see photos). Dimensions: H_12,5 cm. L_8.5 cm. Parallels: 'Treasures of the Kingdom of Thailand' by Jean Fontein p.68.
