Ivanna Lemaître is a Russian aristocrat exiled in Paris where she marries André Hubert Lemaître painter Frésquiste who will realize many orders of the State as the lounge of Marshal Lyautey at the Colonial Exhibition of 1931, the church of Meudon and many others . During the German occupation, Ivanna Lemaître leaves for Nice where she settles definitively. She receives in her salon many famous people, Cocteau, Gide, Mauriac, Lifar and many others. She paints and draws a lot, but also makes decorative panels for the state or municipalities such as the School of Arts and Mêtiers in Paris. She died in 1973 and rests in the Russian cemetery of Nice.
