Sculpture representing the Blessed Virgin on a globe, crushing "an evil animal". Indo-Portuguese colonial work of late seventeenth century. This remarkable work in the volumes (drapery reliefs) and a great finesse in the details is placed on a blackened wooden pedestal probably nineteenth. Presence of cracks and cracks visible on the views in accordance with his seniority. Total height with wooden base: 41 cm.
