Superb and rare nineteenth-century bronze cup presented on a porphyry-painted base? Italian Renaissance style this object is probably a master model of Italian well renaissance style. Presented on an octagonal staircase porphyry, this cup is embellished with various Renaissance motifs such as heraldic armorial bearings, busts of women or acanthus.
