Beautiful wedding clock in walnut. The body is finely carved. On the top, arched cornice, glazed part marrying the form of the movement. The middle part offers two enlaced and molded panels, separated from a glazed medallion for the pendulum. Decorations of flowers, leaves and moldings eventful. The two initials of the newlyweds (N and T) are carved in a medallion. On the bottom, a molded panel and snail feet. Rounded amounts to cartridge. Original movement with enamelled dial signed Bertholat in Saint Paul. Eighteenth century. High quality piece, rare. The movement is in working order and has been revised by a professional watchmaker.
