XIXth Century Table
Small XIXth painting, country scene. Located on top of a hill, it represents three characters, two of whom seem to take a break during a trip in a sleigh. Their horse is in the foreground, as well as a dog who drinks. People and animals are painted with a great delicacy. The canvas is unsigned. It has been cleaned but has not undergone any restoration, any more than the period setting (gilt leaf, palm leaves). Canvas: H 32 x 26, frame: H. 39 x 32.5
