Small frieze dresser Regency style Louis XV period in kingwood stamped Marchand.
It opens with three drawers and is topped with a marble "Turquin de Caunes".

Nicolas Jean Marchand, got his master around 1730, was one of the suppliers of Louis XV. A very nice chest of drawers from Marchand is kept in the Carnavalet museum.

Conditions report: Restored in our workshop in April 2017. Traces of old restorations
