"Lottery To Trains 1890"
Rare toy lottery trains circa 1890 by Jules LARDENOIS. This manufacturer was installed in Paris rue du Chemin Vert in the 11th arrondissement in front of a famous toy manufacturer: Charles ROSSIGNOL. It was absorbed by the Jouet de Paris in 1902. This lottery represents 2 trains that are driven by an inertia mechanism. They cross each other without clashing and choose to stop in front of the name of a city of the world (New York, London, Paris, Brussels etc ...) So it is a lottery, the players can bet on the city of arrival. This toy is in an absolutely exceptional condition, it works perfectly. Dimensions: 49 x 43 x 15 cm
