Profile Cut Out Silhouette Baron Otto Hermann von Vietinghoff (1722-1792) former colonel, is the first state councilor, senator, governor of Riga and general director of the Medicinal College (Minister of Health) of all the Russias. He is also one of two advisors for Livonia. He is a rich and powerful man. His mother is Countess Anna Ulrika of Münnich (1741-1811), granddaughter of Ernst de Munnich (1707-1788). His daughter is the famous Baroness von Krüdener, a Baltic German literary woman, subject to the Russian Empire and French-speaking, known in France as Madame de Krudener.
